Nevada Assembly Defies U.S. Constitution
Interesting things going on in Carson City right now.
The State Assembly passed a bill that basically says that Nevada's Presidential Electors will cast their ballot for the candidate that wins the popular vote in the national Presidential election, instead of who gets the most votes in Nevada. Basically, Legislators have now said that Nevada will defer to the candidate who gets the most votes in the national election, and that's where Nevada's 5 Electoral Votes would go.
Assembly Bill 413 passed today on a strict party line vote. 27 Democrats for, 14 Republicans against. The bill would still have to pass the Senate, then the governor would have to sign it for it to become law in Nevada.

How can this be legal.......?
How is this legal? So in doing this my vote only counts if I happen to vote for the person who won the majority of the other states?
WOW.
